Darryl Becenti, Navajo, was born in Gallup, New Mexico in 1957. A former sand painter, Darryl began making jewelry in 1988 after being taught silver smithing by his brothers-in-law, Leroy and David Reeves. The Cadmans and the Reeves form a family of extraordinary Navajo artists. Darryl is a Master "Grand-Daddy" Silversmith who creates original silver designs. With phenomenal rare gem grade natural Royston turquoise from Nevada and gorgeous detail, his work is amazing. Darryl Cadman Artist’s hallmark is a capital “D” over an arrow in flight.
